Looking at the latest certificate management schema( DSP2046 Version 2018.3), not seeing any url's related to well-known public CA certificates.
Any work is in progress related to this or am i missing some thing here ? Existing URIs: /redfish/v1/AccountService/Accounts/{ManagerAccountId}/Certificates/{CertificateId}
/redfish/v1/AccountService/ActiveDirectory/Certificates/{CertificateId} /redfish/v1/AccountService/ExternalAccountProviders/{ExternalAccountProviderId}/Certificates/{CertificateId}
/redfish/v1/AccountService/LDAP/Certificates/{CertificateId} /redfish/v1/Managers/{ManagerId}/NetworkProtocol/HTTPS/Certificates/{CertificateId} /redfish/v1/Managers/{ManagerId}/RemoteAccountService/Accounts/{ManagerAccountId}/Certificates/{CertificateId} /redfish/v1/Managers/{ManagerId}/RemoteAccountService/ActiveDirectory/Certificates/{CertificateId}
/redfish/v1/Managers/{ManagerId}/RemoteAccountService/ExternalAccountProviders/{ExternalAccountProviderId}/Certificates/{CertificateId}
/redfish/v1/Managers/{ManagerId}/RemoteAccountService/LDAP/Certificates/{CertificateId}

The current data model just represents end certificates. The management of CA certificates is still an open discussion point within the standard.
