What is the basic difference between the RecoveryTimeObjectives mentioned in the DataStorageLoSCapabilities and DataProtectionLoSCapabilities? From my understanding, RecoveryTimeObjective will be applicable only when we have disaster recovery setup. But this recoverytimeobjective is mentioned in data storage capabilities?

RecoveryTimeObject specified in DataStorageCapabilities refers to the time to recover access to the primary storage.
RecoveryTimeObject specified in DataProtectionLoSCapabilities refers to the time to recover access via the secondary storage (i.e. the replica).
