The latest version of the Base Message Registry in the Standard Registries Bundle (DSP8011 2023.3) defines a new message "ActionParameterValueOutOfRange".
There is a mismatch in the number of arguments between the properties:
- NumberOfArgs is 2, and there are two ParamTypes.
- The log message uses three placeholders, ArgDescriptions and ArgLongDescriptions have three entries each.
NumberOfArgs and ParamTypes should be changed to define a third parameter (the name of the action).
