Hi,

What is the best place for CDU logs?

In the WIP mockup redfish.dmtf.org/redfish/mockups/wipcdu/1291#main
The only LogService is under Managers
"/redfish/v1/Managers/CDU/LogServices"

In the white paper www.dmtf.org/sites/default/files/standards/documents/DSP2064_1.0.0WIP95.pdf
Only LogService mentioned in Chassis

Should Logs from CDU events be in either Managers or Chassis?
Or Should CoolingUnit schema ("/redfish/v1/ThermalEquipment/CDUs/1") define LogService?

Most users would look for logs starting under "Managers" since that's the entity making determinations for when to log events.

OCP has a set of liquid cooling profiles under review (including a CDU profile). These profiles reference from another proposed "Redfish Service Baseline" profile, which uses "Manager" as the containing entity of the log service. These profiles can be found here: github.com/opencomputeproject/HWMgmt-OCP-Profiles/tree/master/LiquidCooling
