Hi all,
My name is Leon Wang and I am a contributor in OpenSDS which is a software-defined storage control project for traditional and cloud native environments with enterprise, commodity and cloud storage. For more detailed information, please refer to our official website: www.opensds.io/
Currently OpenSDS community is working on designing profile policies and pool capabilities, and it's been approved by OpenSDS TSC team that we would adopt Swordfish standard as the basis of OpenSDS profile design. From my perceptive, it's a great opportunity to promote the ecosystem of both organizations by means of storage standard and open source liaison.
The design proposal of profile and pool properties is under reviewed by OpenSDS community, here are some related links:
