TPM required to boot

OpenBMC has a feature for "Is the system still allowed to boot if the TPM happens not to work". I know this is used by a few vendors in OpenBMC, but not everyone.

Described on the OpenBMC GUI as
“Enable to ensure the system only boots when the TPM is functional.”

Is this something Redfish would be interested in adding to TrustedModules or the ComputerSystem schema? Or should we model this as a Bios Attribute?
