You can find the definitions for all properties and enumerations in the Schemas on redfish.dmtf.org. Look on this page for the schema index, click it and follow it to the schema you are looking for. This is particular enumeration is in Event and defined as EventType in that file. You can find the descriptions at redfish.dmtf.org/schemas/Event_v1.xml
