Does the HealthRollup endpoint in Chassis include the Health endpoint or are they independent. (in other words will HealthRollup always be Critical if Health is Critical?).
Additionally, how do the Health endpoints in Systems and Chassis differ?

Yes, the HealthRollup includes the "Health" of the resource, plus Health of subordinate (and perhaps related) resources or items.
That will depend on the implementation, but generally we'd expect to see those reflect the Health of the resources subordinate to each of those. Most "server"/"system" faults would likely surface in the ComputerSystem resource...
