ResetType Required for Reset Action

Upon review of clarifying parameters for the different actions we've established, we've found that there is some vagueness on what parameters are required for a given action. Most of the parameters are pretty clear from the intent of the action. However the ResetType parameter used in the various Reset actions found in resources like Chassis, Manager, and ComputerSystem is a bit odd; there's some rationale for not providing the ResetType parameter as part of the action, and letting the service perform its "default" reset. The group would like to take a sampling of opinions from the outside community.
