Power deprecated: powersupply or powersubsystem

As you noted "Power" is deprecated in favor of "PowerSubsystem". Both contain the property "PowerSupplies", but in the deprecated "Power" resource, power supplies were modeled as an array of objects. We've learned since then that this was not the best approach to model power supplies, so in the "PowerSubsystem" resource, they are represented as individual resources in their own collection; this is the preferred method.
