FunctionClasses in Memory.v1_3_0 is type "array". The "items" definition has a "deprecated" tag in it. But it is the outer "FunctionClasses" that has been deprecated -- not the "item" tag itself. This is the only place in the schema where "items" has a "deprecated" tag. Is this a typo?

Yes, this is a typo; we'll look into our CSDL to JSON converter to see what happened. Thanks for catching this!

This seems like it has already been fixed in the newer version of the tool (and subsequent releases of the schema).
But, in any case, yes, the 1.3.0 version has an error, but the errata version (1.3.1) is correct.
